Textile color printing (White T-shirts) without Pre-coating

• 1. DPI(color) 1440*720 or 1440*1440
• 2. Ink limit: C:35/M:35/Y:35/K:35
• 3. TEMPERATURE OF PRESS (F:330-335,(160-165^oC)
• 4. PROCESS
  • 1) Press(10-30sec) on T-shirt, this way you press all the fibers flat and get some of the moisture out of the shirt
  • 2) Print color ink on T-shirt (1440*720 or 1440dpi)
  • 3) Press (80secs) with Teflon sheet and Parchment Paper, place parchment on tee and cover teflon sheet

Textile color printing (Black T-shirts) with Pre-coating

• 1. DPI(White) 1440*1440
• 2. Ink limit: W 90
• 3. TEMPERATURE OF PRESS (F:330-335,(160-165^oC)
• 4. PROCESS
  • 1) Press(10-30sec) on T-shirt, this way you press all the fibers flat and get some of the moisture out of the shirt
  • 2) Apply the Pre-coating with Spray gun link Wagner Paint guns or more stronger
  • 3) Press(50sec, 160-165^o)C with teflon sheet
  • 4) Print white ink on T-shirt (1440*720 or 1440dpi) ink limit 80%-100% on DTG White Rip
  • 5) Print Color ink(1440*720), Ink limit 35%
  • Hover(30-60sec) with press (contton to press height 5-10cm), you should get some of the moisture in White ink out of the shirt
  • 7) Press (80secs) with Teflon sheet and Parchment Paper
